Durante esta enriquecedora experiencia, nuestro equipo t\u00e9cnico, liderado por la <strong>Psic\u00f3loga Anita Carolina Villegas Cancinos<\/strong>, tuvo la oportunidad de trabajar con un grupo de docentes comprometidos en el desarrollo de competencias para promover entornos de aprendizaje inclusivos y atender las necesidades educativas especiales de los alumnos con TEA.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La capacitaci\u00f3n se centr\u00f3 en tres sesiones fundamentales:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sesi\u00f3n 1: \u00abIntroducci\u00f3n de Autismo en el Aula\u00bb<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqu\u00ed, exploramos la historia y definici\u00f3n del TEA, y discutimos los criterios diagn\u00f3sticos y la importancia de la detecci\u00f3n temprana. A trav\u00e9s de casos pr\u00e1cticos, los docentes se acercaron a las realidades de las familias y comprendieron mejor las dificultades propias del diagn\u00f3stico.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sesi\u00f3n 2: \u00abRevisi\u00f3n Ley de Autismo\u00bb<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta sesi\u00f3n, analizamos en profundidad la Ley 21.545 y su marco normativo ampliado. Tambi\u00e9n reflexionamos sobre el concepto de neurodiversidad y su importancia en la promoci\u00f3n de la inclusi\u00f3n. Los docentes participaron en din\u00e1micas de grupo que fomentaron la conciencia y el respeto hacia las diferencias individuales.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sesi\u00f3n 3: \u00abPrevenci\u00f3n y Reparaci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante esta sesi\u00f3n, los docentes desarrollaron protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n para desregularizaciones emocionales y conductuales (DEC). Se enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de la prevenci\u00f3n y la colaboraci\u00f3n entre los profesionales de la educaci\u00f3n y los equipos de apoyo. Adem\u00e1s, se abordaron estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n, y se respondieron preguntas frecuentes sobre la implementaci\u00f3n de la Ley
